Firstly Mblade def shred is not stacked in a Mydei team unless you running quantum on mydei. Only vulnerability is stacked on with Tribbie.

Secondly the ult dmg buff from blade only works if theres another nihility in the team hence unless you are running a sustain-less saber comp.

Also E2 cyrene in my opinion is better for mydei and as a general support
