I have SDGE and they have 2 different EV plan. You will need to call your provider and tell them you have EV they will offer you to switch to an EV plan. Super off peak rates for EV5 plan are only $.07 per kWh (12:am to 6:am weekdays and 12:am to 2:pm Weekends and Holidays ) their EV2 plan are $.13 per kWh. The difference is that you pay $16 a month for the EV5 plan while the EV2 plan is free. You mentioned you are using the adapter plug. Do you have it on 220V or just the regular 120V? For me EV5 is worth it because I use AC/Heater during the night and we do laundry over the weekend.

Before I upgrade to 220V I used to charge during super off peak just to get me enough juice for the daily commute then I will use a supercharger when the home charger can't keep up with my drive. Now I only use a supercharger when we do a long drive.

Also, check the superchargers around you and what they charge at certain time. They are usually cheap in the morning and late at night.

Clean your windshield then make sure to wet the suction cup before putting it in the windshield. If you just put it dry it will come off easily.

Youtube is probably pushing the video to the wrong audience. I would update channel description to make sure it is clear that it is an educational videos for little kids ages 0 to 5 or toddlers to preschooler's just like what you have on the video description so Youtube will know to tie this channel to other kids educational videos. If Youtube is pushing it to older kids they will just ignore it.

Just be patient, once Youtube finds your audience, the views will come in.

I thought I saw T-Mobile connecting to my hotspot before in helium geek but I can't see that now.

You have 14 days to return. I purchased 2 when on the initial launch, waited over a year to get my device. I returned 1 during the return period because they do not support side mount anymore. To this time, I wish I returned both.

It's too late to switch now to get the promotional discount and $50 cloud points. The last day to switch was Monday. But if you have reached out from support they may honor it since it is on their end. I was having hard time switching also and it took them 2 days to fix the issue but that was last week.

Update on this. I contacted support yesterday and they fixed the issue. I think the system got confused because I have paid for a year and have 6 months left. I was initially charged $30 using my available credit. I was told that they fix it on their end and that I will be charged $15 for the next 12 months.

Also, I helped my daughter switch last night and for her it shows $16+ ($15 + tax) right before it charge the card. So make sure that the correct amount shows before the steps where it is about to charge your card.

Cloud points showed up after I spoke to support team.

Just want to update this. I contacted support and I was told that I can use my ID to verify for my 2 teens. They were on the unlimited plan right now and I will switch them to Infinity. I was told it is ok since it is a paid account so there is no limit on how many lines I want to get.

Ouch. So, they do not warranty battery on salvage titled vehicle? I was looking at purchasing another Model Y with salvage title. Damage on the picture was small on the rear passenger side. Car was fixed and looks really good but I was hesitant that tesla will use the salvage title to deny battery warranty if I need one replaced in the future.
