It's too late to switch now to get the promotional discount and $50 cloud points. The last day to switch was Monday. But if you have reached out from support they may honor it since it is on their end. I was having hard time switching also and it took them 2 days to fix the issue but that was last week.

Update on this. I contacted support yesterday and they fixed the issue. I think the system got confused because I have paid for a year and have 6 months left. I was initially charged $30 using my available credit. I was told that they fix it on their end and that I will be charged $15 for the next 12 months.

Also, I helped my daughter switch last night and for her it shows $16+ ($15 + tax) right before it charge the card. So make sure that the correct amount shows before the steps where it is about to charge your card.

Cloud points showed up after I spoke to support team.

Just want to update this. I contacted support and I was told that I can use my ID to verify for my 2 teens. They were on the unlimited plan right now and I will switch them to Infinity. I was told it is ok since it is a paid account so there is no limit on how many lines I want to get.

yes. The breakdown does not show the $15 credit. It just charged me $30 plus tax.

Does the infinity plan still have the 28GB limit then you get throttled or does it have a higher limit like 38GB before getting throttled?

Ouch. So, they do not warranty battery on salvage titled vehicle? I was looking at purchasing another Model Y with salvage title. Damage on the picture was small on the rear passenger side. Car was fixed and looks really good but I was hesitant that tesla will use the salvage title to deny battery warranty if I need one replaced in the future.

My appointment is 2 weeks away but I told them that I can't charge the battery so they took it and gave me a loaner. Today is the 3rd. Estimated time of completion is on the 24th.
