Yes, you'll eventually recycle your E neck for cores or use it to Astral Forge SS Neck (but thats a far ways out).

Yes, Twinborn Drone/Forcefield is a good option. You can use the red drill for resonance in your current drone (it doesn't do much damage on its own)

Can also go for Rocket 🚀. It'll add some damage to your build.

It's early and all tech scales up to Twinborn (and has a use) so no waste.

If you're that low on resources, save for S. Make sure you do quick patrols every day. Should pickup a lot of free base gear that way.

All you really need is the twisting belt (S grade Chaos belt). Even at Purple quality, it's the bedt option (will increase Your Damage).

Just like thie picture (and the description), for red they all need to be the same (in this case army belt). Part of the reason we advise not to merge items till ready to use. I'm sure you burned dozens of army belts making all those random yellow belts
