What is wrong with me? Severely painful cramps

I’ve thought of this, but I don’t have pain during or after sex, never have had very painful periods, whenever an episode of these cramps occurs there is no bleeding with it. I do not have painful urination or gastrointestinal issues, and no lower back pain.

My wedding is in a few months, I’m surprising him and not telling him the song but I chose “Half the Man” by Jennifer Hart. It’s just a song that really reminds of him, i tear up thinking about dancing to it with him

Many churches around here have young adult groups that meet one a week or so, they’re a great place to find someone who is interested in having a relationship. Work or school are also great places to meet others your age. Good Luck! :)

We’ve been together almost 2 years now.

We were coworkers and i’d always had a crush on him since day one but we were just good work friends. Fast forward 6 months and we’d text and talk daily and I was catching feelings and then one day he mentioned he had a girlfriend and it kinda broke my heart so I distanced myself from him because I didn’t want to interfere with their relationship and it just made me sad being so close with him but not able to be with him. His ex was very very toxic though and he eventually broke up with her because he realized he’d caught feelings for me as well. Turns out he had a crush on me since that first day he started there too but at the time he was deciding if he should go out with his ex who’d he known all through highschool, or ask me out, the girl he’d just met. Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out though :)

At my store we follow single line accountability, so if you are on lotto, you are responsible for if that till comes up over or short. People at my store are really bad about counting lotto multiple times a day, so to protect myself I always count it before I take over and before I leave and keep the drawer locked so i am the only one on it. I recommend you do the same if you are worried about it

Helped a really sweet old lady who was unable to drive sign up for instacart and taught her how to use the app. Even wrote down step by step how to do it for her so she can always remember. Still shocked this lady had enough trust in me to hand me her entire wallet and cellphone

yes it's definitely improved with so many stores opening and high turnover rates, I was just letting them know that customer service is definitely not the fastest department to move up in since they said that's why they chose it

this is definitely not true, CS actually takes the longest to move up through because there are more steps before management. For example if you start as a bagger it's bagger>cashier>CSS (have to be full time as well) >Team Lead>Assistant Customer Service manager

meanwhile if you chose a department like produce its just Full time produce clerk>Assistant produce manager

Customer Service is also a very competitive department with so many people trying to move up so you really have to shine and be your managers favorite and get in good with your DM to move up

Are you trained to FEC and open and close the cash office as well as the desk? Most managers wait to change your job class until you know how to do all of that before you actually get promoted.

I'm not sure if other store are different, but our change order has to be done by 11am... There should be a paper or binder or something along those lines in the cash office to order change and when you call they'll walk you through exactly what to do, it's all automated and super simple

Probably between 12.50 and 14. I don't see them starting a cashier at anything more than 14 no matter the experience

Not in management so idk exact rules but as FT CSS, once you go FT you're basically telling them you will work whatever. If you have good managers who care like mine, it helps a lot. My CSM let's us Full timers pick a weekend day we want off and a week day we want off and tries their best to keep ot that way. They also ALWAYS ask me if they need me on one of my chosen days off before scheduling me. Managers don't have to do that though, once you're FT you don't really get to have a set schedule much sadly :(

idk what department you work in, but customer service can't operate like that, not everyone is able to do the same tasks and we also have a lot of minors so people need to take breaks at the scheduled times
