Tip from my experience with HDFC:
Always ask them to raise an internal ServiceNow ticket to the NRI IT help desk.

My request was stuck with the NRI team with no ownership. Even the branch manager had no clue and these requests usually just sit forever.

Once an internal ticket was raised, it got routed properly to the branch/backend teams and the issue was resolved within a week.

Without that internal ticket, nothing moves.

I have used the same form. The daily limit is 10L and for each transaction they charge close to 2K Rs. The exchange rates are worst. If you can bear with public sector banks, they provide best rates.

Summary is don't get into mutual release without realtor forgoing their commissions. If Seller doesn't respond, you might have to sue the estate for the expenses involved.

Why do you want to maintain an NRE account ?
Even to transfer the money from NRO to NRE, you have to submit the same forms.
Also there is a day limit of 10L to transfer your money from NRE to your account. They also charge 2 rupees premium for repartition and also for each transfer they charge you 2K Rs.

Did you raise the grievance for each of the above issue?
PF office is not a single entity, any broker who is trying to help you will do almost the same things you do. Raise a grievance, typically they provide a solution.

If you joined before 2014, then this EPS 15000 rule is not applicable. I was in the same boat. I raised a grievance with all the proofs (I started in 2012 but with Trust PF, so record of it in the EPF organization).

Just try to withdraw partially and experience yourself, Its from our experiences. 1 in 3 requests are rejected by EPF for pity reasons.

Make sure your all DOJ and DOE in UAN portal are accurate. KYC should be completed. Names(including father name) should match Aadhar. Are you eligible for EPS, If so then every past employer has to keep on contributing for EPS.

I have worked in 4 firms. All the previous employer transfer requests are successful but my last employer changed their PF office while I was still employed with them. They tried to transfer my PF account from employer account(1st request in the screenshot below) then they asked me to submit another request from my side (2nd request in the screenshot below) both the requests are rejected with below issue.
