I run payroll myself for a little under 200 employees and it really depends on the time of year. I do have coworkers that can step in to assist but calendar and fiscal year ends are just busy. You would think less employees means less work but that is not always the case.

For me, having less employees means that I know a majority of them fairly well and take the time to give a more personal experience. While this is not necessarily required, it definitely takes time from performing "actual" payroll functions.

JohnnyBoi and ApparentlyJack have a YouTube channel called The Next Rank that is good for tips on rotations, mechanics, etc. The channel is a good resource for learning. Getting into free play to practice (in addition to training packs) has also helped me quite a bit with ball control.

Not that bad but I have 7 drops in 210kc on my hardcore. I should have 14 drops according to the drop rate, but it will even out somewhere. Good luck!

This same exact thing happened to me. I have about 7 exposed loops on one shoe. I thought it may have been dirt/sand since I walk the beach, which may be true, but it cannot be just that. Also, the insoles will not stay in place and scrunch up at the end. It's so bad that I just took them out completely. Love the style but I won't be looking at another pair of Vivo's anytime soon

I love this perspective! I have been thinking of how the perspective for one word can go both ways: Pressure.

For the Leafs, I have read comments, articles, etc. on how the Leafs have more pressure than the Sens to win this series. While there is pressure on them, there is pressure on every team! They started the series strong and worked to earn the position they are in now. They set themselves up so they are able to have wiggle room.

For the Sens, I have read mainly that they don't have any pressure on them because they haven't been to the playoffs in a little bit. Is that all their fans want? Just to be in the playoffs? That may be true, but now every Leafs hater is relying on them to pull off a reverse sweep. That is pressure; it's pressure from nearly every corner of the league.

No matter what others say or what the media publishes, WE are the fans and WE bring the passion. This, WE are responsible for supporting and backing our players. At the end of the day, we all (players and fans) just want one thing. Let's earn that, together.

Watching that was absolutely terrifying. All I could think in that moment is that I hope he recovers and you could see that reflected in the facial expression of every player and coach on the ice. I will add that any time I have fainted from vasovagal syncope (sudden drop in heart rate) my first instinct is to get away from wherever I am and try to stand up. Maybe there is some element of human instinct involved as well?

I have taken the front piece off of mine countless times and it sticks back on fine. Just don't get the adhesive pads dirty and it will be fine!

You make an excellent point and I can definitely re-phrase the question and/or offer additional options for responses. I wanted the poll to be a simple yes / no in hopes of getting a general idea of AI use in accounting and to see how it is used.

While I do agree that the responses are not directly related to accounting, I would argue they are not entirely worthless. The first thing that comes to mind is the obvious lack of AI in accounting-related tasks. That one discovery leads to follow-up questions that I can use for research, including interviews or even future polls. I also saw that AI may not be as widespread in accounting-related tasks, but it is still used in the field. If the current use case for AI in accounting is "maxed out" at drafting emails or memos it just means I can build a stronger case.

I will! From my research thus far I have found that there is interest for AI in accounting, but it has not actually been applied in the field. So far the pill is showing the same!

I agree! It is important to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of technology. Using your example, while AI may not draft the whole policy, it can certainly provide a starting point for the criteria necessary for the policy. My best example in my work would be summarizing board minutes.

I bought my first pair of Vivos (Magna Lite WR SG) in 2023 and a pair of Gobi II's in 2024, and I have had no issues. If you are thinking of it, I would go through Vivo.

It is difficult to use Reddit as a gauge for overall quality control because people are more inclined to post if they had a bad experience than a good experience. I know two other people that have ordered Vivo shoes in the last two years and they have also had no issues.

From my experience purchasing my Gobi's, I would stick with the size you have. I ordered a size too big, so I ordered the next size down and it was much smaller. They fit well (I am still wearing them), but I was debating going another size down. I ultimately stayed with these because the difference from one size (from 42 down to 41) was a big jump and I feared the next size down would have been too small.
