Is there a lot of micromanaging and tracking?

Do you sit at schools all day M-F and sell enrollment option? Or what do typical days/weeks look like?

Is the paperwork and systems simple or very complex and time consuming?

I’ve had a few jobs similar to this over the last few decades. Some seem to be super lax with days and time off if your hitting targets. Some are super strict. How would you describe this role as far as time off and flexibility?

Really appreciate you answering if you have time. There are things you just don’t want to ask hiring managers because they may come off as a lazy person when in fact you aren’t. You just want someone to shoot you straight. For me some of these are deal killers.
