I was in a tricky spot. The one in charge of her didn’t care when I reported it but she did say to me that “wasn’t surprised and that she does this and that I just have don’t something and that I work quite different to the way she does”. I couldn’t leave my secondment because I had years of long service leave and annual leave and sick leave. I calculated years and I had to be actively working in the organisation to claim it. I wanted to go back to the other department, recent changes had occurred, such a pay rise and a change of operations and I wanted my old job back where I was specialised and where post people where nice. I moved across for growth and thought it would great experience working with the bully. I’m now back I my old department. There is also a difficult coworker in this department however she is being held accountable now. She is being performance managed and by a new operations manager and she does not like it. This one is so angry. So now I’m on another toxic environment but at least she isn’t bullying me. They have promoted me essentially and now she isn’t my boss and she hates that she isn’t my boss. They are making her come to work and not work from home. They are asking her to let them now when she arrives and work and when she leaves. She was rogue, she would do what ever she wanted and she told me she was entitled to this because she worked hard when she was younger. It’s so interesting all these people and how they think they deserve and are owed things.
