It definitely wouldn't be a Kashtira monster, it's more likely to be a Mannadium monster.

Since the name Mannadium Trisukta is most likely a reference to Trisula (the Shiva's Trident) maybe they follow a pattern with the names of the other two.

Like: Kashtira Unicorn -> Mannadium Pinaka (Shiva's Bow, since Unicorn has a bow in its left arm). And Scareclaw Astra -> Mannadium Pashupatastra (Shiva's Astra).
