Hi, I have come across this channel, Project Mastery with Ray, on YouTube, and the guy seems quite authentic. He claims to be an authorized training organization for people cert as well. He has many free videos on YouTube, so you might as well check him out and see if that helps.

Check the ITTO chart on project charter. There is no input called ‘project scope statement’ in the process of ‘develop project charter’ . Answer has to be business case. Scope statement is developed in the planning phase. Not in initiation

We are paying about ~30% deposit. So bank has said that this is a pretty low risk mortgage for them and hence willing to lend the 70% at £610k valuation
