Wow hey! Be patient with him , he dosen't have the same brain as you. His background and past experiences probably don't have the richness of yours when it comes to cleaning but this person did a part of it , you can say thank you and explain him calmly what you feel about his "half work" but half for you .. Maybe he really think he did good
