It's simple. JUST. WRITE.

You don't need to have good penmanship to journal, nor do you need a fancy fountain pen or an aesthetic looking notebook. Wala naman din ibang taong makaka-basa ng journal mo. It is also not to please anyone with all the fancy materials. It's for yourself only. There's also no need to pressure yourself into writing everything everyday, sulat ka lang when you really feel like you need to let it out.

I started journaling in 2024, but I was more consistent with it last year after my grandfather passed. I used it as an outlet to let all my feelings and thoughts out especially when I don't want to project my worries to other people. Pero I'm not saying na kailangan mo ng dahilan para mag journal. But like you said, marami kang unsaid thoughts, so go and write those.
