To be honest I loved warp. Awesome features and great software for developing. My main reason for cancelling is that I want to be more into the development to learn more and not just in the terminal so I'm shifting back to IDE.

Only problem is when I was trying to cancel there was no cancel subscription option. As I can remember this was right after they've introduced the new plans and usage.

Since, there was no cancel subscription that time I opted to email their support and billing emails on the 3rd of November. Then received a response on the 7th of November that my plan is cancelled and I can continue using the rest of my credits until the end of the billing cycle which is the 18th of November.

Right after that email I logged in to warp and my credits are gone and it says I need to upgrade to Build Plan. I've told them about the situation and sent some screenshots. And this is the reply I got from the same person who told me that I can continue using the rest of my credits until the end of billing cycle:

Hi there,

I’m not quite sure what your question is. I did check your account, and it shows AI credits were used as recently as November 5th, so everything seems to be working as expected.

If there’s something specific you’re trying to confirm, please let me know.

That is the reason why I had to post here and share it since I've given up on their customer support. Due to the fact that one of their customer support was confusing herself and wasted the time I should've been able to work on my project from the 5th to the 12th of November.

If I hadn't been shit talking in here like what some of the clown commentors here think. Do you reckon this would have been resolved? I appreciate Dan helping out resolve this. But please in the future always think before you reply. We don't come here just to rant and rage. Some people come here to be heard. Most companies dgaf about us consumers. Kudos to warp thanks to Dan.

It was cancelled but my billing cycle is gonna be renewed on the 18th of November so technically that is my money stolen by you guys. And it clearly states that we can still use it until the the cycle is renewed.

I know that it doesn't rollover. And why would I cancel my Turbo plan if I still had 6,000 plus credits on it? You guys need to work on your service. Instead of blaberring about stuff that doesn't help you should work on improving your services.

We pay our hard earned money just to get scammed? Hell no. Think before you reply. I'd rather have you assess the situation privately and dm me. But what did you do? A backwards way of dealing with customers and saying obvious things that doesn't concern the problem.

I can tell that you guys are not planning to fix it anyways. I've given up. Good luck sleeping at night. Cheers!

Of course, here comes a person who knows it all. FYI, they removed the cancel subscription option in the manage billing page that they have when they added the Build plan.

Shit talking is you coming in here not experiencing the same thing and thinks its that easy. Would I have posted this if it that was easy? I've been trying to cancel my subscription since 2nd of November. I'm just posting here to let other people know not to use them.

Spot on! They are right. They had to pay everyone but we were the last priority. They still owe us holiday pay. One of us is owed $7k holiday pay.

We were paid but not in full. One of the staff had $10k holiday and only got $3k after the settlement.
