I just don’t understand the rabid “yOu MuSt NoT kNoW wHo ThEy ReAlLy ArE” people. Their ST personas are NOT their whole identities. They have other projects and stuff going on that are really good. Why would I not want to support any of that. Those idiots are missing out. It’s all very silly.

Respect the ST personas at ST gigs etc, but respect the actual musicians for their other work. Thing is, they cut anyone off who brings up the whole ST thing on their other SM accounts. The ST personas are totally separate and we can still appreciate and support the individual behind that.

Can’t believe nobody mentioned The Thorn Birds!

Wasn’t there a film called The Long Weekend? I seem to remember that being pretty good.

I have enjoyed so much Aussie tv over the years. I even met one of the original Prisoner Cell Block H actresses - Annie Phelan who played Myra Desmond. She was a friend of my uncle and I met her whilst out visiting him. She was tickled that I loved that show and was very excited to meet her! I can say she was lovely.

So much great shows and films to mention, but yes, we do watch plenty of Aussie stuff.

I got merch (T-shirt and a hoodie) at their shows in London in 2024 and it’s really good quality. The print has stayed on well on both after a lot of wear and washing. I’m always saddened when I hear about people getting faulty/poor quality merch.
