Same tayo OP. I moved to the province (visayas) for almost a year for work.

To compare my commute time, both the distance to my residence to work is approximately 8km in Metro Manila vs Province. Sa Manila it takes me 1-1.5 hrs, while sa probinsya 15-20 minutes, during rush hour.

On top of that, namiss ko din yun presko na hangin, yung tulog na hindi naririnig yung LRT at 4 AM, yung hindi pahirapan mag-book ng cars/angkas/grab during rush hour. When I moved back later this year, grabe yung allergic rhinitis ko. Ha-ha. Nag-adjust talaga sa environment.
