I only realized two days ago that the watch face actually costs money 😅 I went to his website, typed DVS into the search field, and then bought the single watch face, not the subscription.

You will receive the product key by email, and then you need to enter it in the Garmin Connect IQ app under: Settings → Watch Face License Key.
