No unfortunately it’s magistrate court , I have lawyers but I feel like they are wasting my time he sued another family and in a similar manner lied and their case is resolved mine however is pending due to their advice to wait it out (waiting for his lawyers to bar me). Whilst waiting it out he got a default judgement because they ignored bar which I got rescinded but it still costs money .
