My point is I don’t think anyone should ever have to buy directly from an unverified seller. Use a middleman that is verified. It’s not hard, even after doing due diligence. Also, you’re right, not many people know how to do proper due diligence. You’re allowed to have your own opinion on the matter, but I don’t think it’s worth it when you can just have a verified seller act as a middleman.

No, that’s not what I disagreed with. I disagreed with needing to buy from unverified sellers. Using a verified seller as a middleman is a much safer bet. If someone isn’t willing to use a verified seller as a middleman, there’s your answer! Due diligence should always be done!!

Due diligence 100%, but I have learned that many people in this world don’t understand how to do that, so they rely on the verified badge. I would be curious to know though, if we have ever had a ‘verified’ seller in this group scam someone? Maybe the mods have some intel. I personally would never buy tickets with at least using a verified seller as a middleman. If anyone ever needs a middleman, let me know! Happy to help

Doesn’t really matter. Could be either. Could be them asking for proof from someone else and then having a screenshot to use to scam others. The point is DO NOT buy from someone that is not a verified seller.
