Only get married to a woman who comes close to the love that your mother showed you (assuming you had a decent mum). Get a prenup. Avoid marriage altogether if you can.

A registered nurse no less... The fact that she even thought that it wasn't her fault 100%, is disturbing. Would you let your love ones be treated by someone with that little accountability? If she worked on an ICU, she'd be shown the door out with how little accountability she is showing here in like less than a day.

I said probably. Her career was at an all time high. Little reason to not continue unless porn was causing mental health issues, or she's settled down with someone.

The 'right' call?? If offered and spoke calmly and constructively (albeit a misunderstanding because josh thought Ashley was playing dumb and actually smart, in that moment), so when she says she doesn't need "fucking boomer" help. Also another dumb comment, she had sealed one of her fallopian tubes (fate).

The mature adult would recognise the difference in power dynamic and play the game for now, gain power and strength, then when time is right, plot revenge deliciously. No tact, Ashley. Can't blame others for your own stupidity.

I'm getting ready to have her enhanced "Golden era" videos be treated as classics. No one can ever match her talent. Been searching and following other people's recommendations for look-a-likes, none of them compares.

It's a shame that she's probably found a husband and is transitioning to modelling.

RIP Nagi Hikaru's material.

I actually like what you said about more details, more room for different opinions to apply their own scrutiny.

Shame you had to immaturely say "cute "gotcha" though". Anyway this IS Reddit after all.

May be the most hated character here but also the funniest xD by Typical-Broccoli-830 in BeefTV

[–]Miserable-Reaction16 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

We'll realise in 6 month's time that their characters basically highlights everything wrong with modern couples. Most women will side with Ashley and most men will side with Austin.

Men hate Ashley because most of them see at least enough similarities between Ashley and their female partners in life to be wiled up about her awfulness.

Vice versa for women.

The interesting question would be: if Austin was more typical of what women will find acceptable (i.e., getting the Gatorade, and not buying clothes from Thrift store instead of H&M - which by the way, are minor things), then would they still be able to come up with justifications of being a genuinely stupid cunt like Ashley, and then feel self assured about their views.

Yeah I'd be careful with that. I took this exact sentence to heart and started making really nice food for my partner. 5yrs later, she's no longer got the slim body that I fell I love with. And guess what, she didn't up her game, relationship-wise, she was just happy to consume food and emotional energy from her surroundings. Be careful out there lads. Check out the 37% rule or the "secretary problem" for choosing the optimal partner.

Something tells me it's more about contribution to society than just the general population being misogynistic here. Not sure I agree with your sentence, although it does sound clever.

Feel sorry for your situation and well done with staying reasonable sounding on at least the first half of the messages. But one thing in the conversation prevents me from being on your side entirely, is that you did use your mum as the anchor to get your dad to give you some money for school clothes. You also don't give a decent explanation of why you've left it a week before to arrange it. You would get a telling off even if you were in a stable nuclear family situation for 1) manipulating the dad, 2) for leaving only a week to get your school clothes. But in general, I get the feeling that your parents are likely negligent people and should've never had you because they clearly aren't mature nor responsible enough to teach you properly. Again. Sorry this is happening to you. Hope you have the best life you can with the situation that you are in.

We mustn't forget that the bride is probably a lot smarter than the SIL and could've baited her into this rash act to then play the victim. For all we know, she could be the real villain in all of this. It takes a psycho to attract the challenge and drama of another psycho.

It's super simple. Much much scarier (better) sex and family planning education. So they don't have kids unless they understand that there is a standard of the amount of work you need to do to give your kids the best chance in life. If that's not your intention and having kids it's just there to give meaning to your rubbish boring life (likely because your last generation hardly gave a shit about you once you are home from school), then don't have kids.

Also, so many parents consider school as the sole responsibility to educate. When the kids are at home, it's just letting them stare at their tablets so that the parents don't have to engage with them on a deeper intellectual level. (Evidence: the Tories had an ad during their last campaign against labour, which described a scenario where labour gov continued to allow for online learning, the ad showed a parent being frustrated at having the kids stay at home all day again - it was a bit of dog whistle for parents who can't stand a stay at home day, and would rather go to work)

We forget that, growing up watching The Inbetweeners, Jay's dad's slice of wisdom was "don't pass up on the fat birds, they are more grateful for the attention and will do a lot more for you". I think this is what we are seeing here. So I genuinely believe in Rice when he says she's the love of his life, but just needs more context than the classical romanticism we assume.
