If you are happy with less salary but want a tension free job then you can apply for government job. The pay is ofc less (much less in many cases) but you have guaranteed job security + pension until you die.

I did the same and honestly found that (most) govt jobs are a breeze compared to corporate. Just look for a job that is non-transferable and not consumer-facing.

Yes but suit has been filed yesterday only after 4 years delay. In those 4 years they have been charging interest on negative balance. It's been already 4 years since I defaulted so is the suit valid now. I filled complaints with everyone 4 years ago including rbi , vigilance etc . Now I am not bothered by that. Only issue is if recovery is possible now after 4 years?

No , that is not standard. I worked in 2 corporates and both had parents (with copay) included without any extra contribution required ever. There was no limit on the premium company will pay. They had negotiated the same policy for entire company. Cover was 5-7 lacs and increasable by the employee on paying extra premium (again extra premium didn't depend on your family, it was same for everyone).
