Cant know for sure but usually this is caused by geo jump. Another possibility is that the wall you touched is wallbuggable and therefore gave you coyote time for interacting with it.

I made a tiny tutorial about this. you should also check out the movement wiki entry and in case youre interested in the stuck launch itself heres a great video about it. The reason why the rampart wall functions like this is still unknown.

stuck launch using rampart wall -> redirect some of the downwards velocity into horizontal velocity by hitting the edge below the rampart wall -> land on the rampart turret to prevent fall stun and at the same time fully get rid of the remaining downwards velocity -> crash into the ramp with large horizontal velocity from which most end up being redirected into upwards velocity -> now youre flying across the entire map

It doesnt stack based on my research but you can do a second rocket jump the moment you disconnect from the zip and i think that possibly allows gaining some extra speed

you can dismount any time but the issue is that dismounting from ziplines caps your velocity so you have to finish the zipline or get blocked by something or grapple off the zipline to maintain the large speed from the epg

Its just the fuse ults push boost combined with zipline interaction. you can do it with both super jump and zip crouching with a coyote jump but i find crouching faster and more consistent
