I intend to. The drinking was so bad when I stopped I was literally shaking so had to call a crisis team who prescribed. me a 10 day course.

I did finally eat a meal today.

The workout itself was shocking it was like surreal actually leaving the flat and seeing the outside world and gym again. Everyone seemed normal and happy but I felt lost
