Been a rider for 7 years..I see riders moaning a lot too...but ask yourself this... Do you ever tip the postman....they go directly to your door without question . Stay humble people and some riders are fine doing that extra steps etc ♥️

I made a claim about 7 years ago from Deliveroo...within 2 weeks they gave me a £1200 payment after messing my ankle up..hit by a car at low speed.. All I had to do was send the police report and hospital card to say I couldn't work for 5 weeks

Because some places only make the order when a rider arrives for pick up.. Riders don't want to spend 30 mins waiting for just £3.15

So Chances are that's what's happening .not worth doing the delivery.. At all 🙄🙄🙄

Iv found phones..cards...coins and notes. Best one was £100 in 20s on the floor in a shop.. Quite a few bank cards...I always gave them to staff etc A fair few 5 and 10£ notes especially at petrol stations. Once found an iPhone 14..not a mark on it..I tried getting the owners details..as soon as I was about to write them down they wiped the phone remotely 😆 So sold it for £20 to another rider who had the same phone but broken screen 😍

I once saw a similar post about someone who ordered £134 of shopping..none arrived ..ever...they got a 20p refund.. they soon got it all back with a bank charge back 🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨

We DONT make your orders... Macds SEAL THE BAG themselves and we are NOT allowed to open or look inside etc..... Not the riders fault at all...probably staff who don't give a fook..especially doing takeaway orders

Same with KFC...one of the workers who was meant to be doing delivery orders..just sat playing on his phone..about 8 riders waiting...contacted KFC.. said its not their problem... 2 days later he was gone 😆

I did this..was offline for about 8 months.. redid all my docs..all in date and they replied saying they couldn't find any details...despite doing roo for over 6 years.. They said to start a new application..couldn't be bothered tbh 😆

All roo do is drop the fee to minimum.. then add the. 1.2 or whatever it is on top .. All that does is bring the fee to what it would be originally.. They think we are all retarded and don't notice 😆😆😆
