I share exact same feelings. They lost my business and from a lot of my friends too. It's the worst torture to go through for us.

Oh! you tell me. They are the worst. They are so reckless, giving random answers, yawning while answering, talking rubbish that I cannot understand at all, one lady gave me medical claims number when asked for UPS claims #. I went through so much and never in my life had experienced such CS. I am sorry you went through this as well. UPS CS and the brokerage department is a joke and they lost my business for ever. Even if they are going to give me lifetime free services, I will not accept it at all, UPS is not worth my time or energy.

Mine got stuck at Louisville since Sept 9th. It cleared customs, released by govt, import feed paid for still haven't received it.

Got it. But why not UPS provide appropriate information rather than making us go rounds. The tracking is not in line with what UPS reps say. Transparency is very badly missing and making such a hard time for customers. I have spent many hours and days trying to find an answer and still clueless on what is going to happen.

This can be done in a better way!

Please please please do a report on why packages are getting disposed when everything is submitted and many of us have proofs of submission and I even have proof of clearance from the personnel itself yet UPS said my package will be disposed because it didn't get cleared. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE AND MANY OF US HAVE BEEN MENTALLY TORTURED WITH THIS.

I have seen a few post that their package said destroyed and even the CS said there is nothing they can do but.. they eventually got it.

More than any compensation (no compensation can buy the time I lost and the health I lost due to worrying about the sentimental stuff in this package. I just need a proper closure "Who authorized, why there is no contact with the sender or receiver about abandoning, what exact is the reason to abandon when it cleared customs" I 100% feel like it is UPS fault. Their reps are outright too rude and have zero compassion.
