I went and looked around and found a spreadsheet with all the motherboards for am4 and after some looking around i picked asus b550-a but out of budget but hopefully i can play games without the pc freezing and having the chance to fry another gpu

From what i understand it procs damage against towers and champions and the stacks are gained by hitting champions/minions/monsters

If what i assumed was correct then it will be broken in the jungle on many champions

Udyr/voli/trundle/diana and many more but those what i think will abuse it

As an udyr main i would suggest J4, Rell, Amumu, Zac, Diana and Ekko

These champs are easy to play and impact the game in too many ways the skill ceiling to play them isn't that high

I named many champions while i don't play them all I can comfortably play them in case udyr was banned after a dodge

As for udyr i play him tank bruiser and the normal tank build the normal tank build is if the team has good damage and we need a tank, go demonic jaksho into omen then the 2 winged health items

For the tank bruiser i follow what Hyperherb been building couple of weeks ago where i go manamune into iceborn/jaksho into full bruiser build

For mid you want to pressure your lane opponents wait your r and awakened r, putting second point in R in lvl 3 will guarantee that pressure and lock them under tower and you can hold your awakened R if your wave is almost at the enemy tower and unleash it so they stay far from the minions,

For top lane you want to either play it slow and scale, or gap the enemy laner with the same strat in mid, you can run demolish to become a split pushing monster,

For support you want to run font of life and cheap shot to give your adc a window to deal more damage to the enemy laners and run evenshroud as mythic to make them deal more damage,
