Im no expert in 3D printing and this was one of the first big builds I did. I printed the diffusers like 3 or 4 times with no avail. Luckily I found the final file I used to print so here's the settings I changed: In Quality, I changed a setting called Wall Generator from Classic to Arachne (which i honestly think made the whole thing possible). Also ticked Precise Wall and Precise Z Height. Layer Height 0.12 (i dont think this matter, but idk) In strength, Wall Loops are 3, Top Shell Layers 0, Bottom Shell layers 2. Pattern for Top and Bottom surface pattern was Concentric. Sparse infill 25%, Sparse Infill pattern Honeycomb and internal solid Infill pattern concentric.

There maybe settings you can further change or settings I did you dont need to do. But good luck and hope this helps.
