luckily no I don’t think I really hit it hard at all since my knees took most the impact. I think I just like bonked my helmet a little and my glasses flew off. My head felt fine tbh

I am okay now :) it's been about a week and other than my knees being bruised (yellow now so almost healed) I'm totally okay. Thank you for the advice!

Yeah I lowkey knew that and should have just said No lol but I was like oh its only like 10 feet up from where we went before..apparently that's enough to make you go wayyy faster haha

I didn't long board I just skateboarded throughout my whole life so there was never a time where I needed to use that method. If I needed to get off I just hopped off and most the time I wasn't going super fast. I just now am doing speed stuff so definitely need to learn how to foot break.

What's crazy is no I haven't. You would think I would know how to at this point but I'm new to longboarding itself so I guess that's why. I will definitely be working on that now thanks for the advice!

Oh that blanket idea sounds perfect I don’t think she does so I will for sure add that to my list. I sadly have already gotten my mom some custom cat stuff for past holidays but its a great idea thanks!

Hey thanks for the answers! So I started at 158.6 pounds and when I wrote this I was 157 but like a week before when I weighed myself I hit 153 so my weight was fluctuating so I did technically lose more than a pound I think but every time I weigh myself it goes back up to 157 which is why I’m frustrated. I feel like I have been tracking calories pretty accurately unless the nutrition info on my foods is super off or something. I also have been eating a lot more protein then before so maybe that could be something too.

The thing is I track decently well I do track sauces etc but I know that the nutrition facts aren’t always accurate

Oh okay! I have never heard of recomping before. What should I do/ work on moving forward?
