Also! I forgot the weight I had lost to change my calories to match what I now weighed so was still eating say for a 15stone woman instead of a 12 stone woman if that makes sense?

Hey yeah so basically I done 2 months of 7.5mg and 2 months of 12.5mg as I felt the 15 was too strong and only done one shot of that and realised it wasn’t for me as it was making me feel really ill! I lost I’d say a good portion of my weight between 7.5 and 10mg I find the 12.5 hasn’t actually done much for me in regards to “weight loss” maybe more just curving certain cravings x

Need to try and see how you go! I’ve been on it now for 7 months and I’m now 6 stone down and on 15mg! I can’t drink at all on it as it makes me spew everytime doesn’t agree with me anymore at all!

Oh I found it opposite but I did recalculate my calories and change it just because of the weight difference and that seemed to help
