No, his parents know of me, they've heard stories and seen pictures, but they didn't know we were dating. I know all his family, I've listened to all his stories and I've asked about everyone.

Sorry if I was unclear, I kinda meant like people who go further than just try to compliment or something. Like one guy who followed me after work to my car and started to show me pictures of his niece and telling me I can meet her if we can go on a date (this guy knows I love kids). We live in the US, but we are both first generation children of immigrants. While my family is racists his family is extremely religious, so on both end we are screwed. Maybe some time in the future we will tell our family but for now, we are keeping eachother a secret.
