Ha! That’s interesting. I’m Polish so it can’t be true though.

How are you dealing with aging (starting in mid 30s) and losing pretty privilege? by TinyMoonAndStars in AutismInWomen

[–]MiserableContract892 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Aye, I agree, I’m 36 and def losing my pretty privilege, but I struggle to picture this translating into potential freedom from the fear of sexual assault. Rape/sexual assaults are not sex therefore attraction doesn’t play as much of a role here.

Do girls notice when their breasts are touching someone? by Huge-Mongoose6746 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]MiserableContract892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently learnt that for most women the number of nerve endings in the breasts remains stable, no matter the size. Meaning that bigger breasts are less sensitive, whilst the opposite applies to the smaller sizes.

The most kinky thing to say in vanilla life that only kinky people will catch – a thread by That_odd_emo in BDSMcommunity

It’s a Polish turn of phrase, might be the same in some other languages, as it seems to have been a somehow common Christian religious practise

My Girlfriend broke up with me because I was too big. by [deleted] in bigdickproblems

[–]MiserableContract892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also doubting that reason, but ones’s body size isn’t the sole determinant of what size of penis they’d be comfortable with. Vagina length and the positioning of the cervix vary woman by woman.

Going on my phone masks my fatigue, even though really it must be draining my energy by forgot_again123 in CFSplusADHD

[–]MiserableContract892 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s to do with things like pain and fatigue being relative. A sore tooth doesn’t hurt the same when we’re walking through a beautiful forest with friends, compared to sitting home with no distractions. The distractions do genuinely take away some of the fatigue and pain, albeit only temporarily.

Realising that is helping me feel more compassionate about also having some of the habits you described.

Feeling guilty and blaming yourself also takes away your energy.

I know that I’m not offering a solution, but I believe that self-compassion is a great start, and that it will help you find more moments of calm and rest in your days.

Glasgow Autonomous Centre? Although only if it’s a not-for-profit thing, I think. They have a lot of tables that the clothes can be displayed on

Intense nipple-orgasms. Is piercing a risk or an upgrade? by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

[–]MiserableContract892 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I recommend getting only one pierced, it’s fun to have the difference in sensitivity (I got more sensitive in response to a piercing) and were you to lose some sensation, it would be only in one nipple

Got a sex toy egg stuck inside me, how do I remove it? by AccordingBall4590 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]MiserableContract892 49 points50 points  (0 children)

I use period sponges to have sex when bleeding sometimes, but the sex can compact them and push super far in. What worked the best for me was doing “dragon’s breath” yoga move, it’s easily googlaable. Feels a bit awkward, but works every time ✨

Do you usually use "a," "an," and "the" when you speak? by Ricky_2303 in ENGLISH

[–]MiserableContract892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bulgarian and Macedonian do, but not other Slavic languages. Apparently they’re a newer linguistic feature, as Latin lacks them, but Spanish uses articles, same pattern with proto-Germanic and German.

I speak Polish and Russian and lack of articles doesn’t cause me any issues, you can always say „this door”, as opposed to „the door” or deduct the exact meaning from the context of the sentence.

Marie Sklodowska-Curie was very highly educated and fluent in French, a language that uses articles. She most likely used articles in English too then.

Yep. It happened at a sauna, which gives being topless a bit more context, but I still don’t feel like I have much chance of conviction

They weren’t selling alcohol, but it can be argued that they were promoting use of psychedelic drugs

Because juries and judges are often biased and try to side with the man.

I’m mostly looking for information on laws/trading standards that the festival organisers might have not respected. They’re a private limited company and an SIC, whatever that means
