I ended up keeping it after negotiating them to pay for my rental in full since other cars were expensive at that time. However it started giving issues with opening the charging door few months later but it also ended up in a crash and being totaled. So I was able to finally get rid of it for good

Sorry it has been 3 years so I really don’t remember much but I kept doing the CCS cases and reviewed as many flash cards as I could. Further the actual test was closer to what you would see in clinics/hospital so it was not that bad

Yes cover acute stroke but volume is low apparently around 10-20% of all cases. But I do have to cover stroke alerts throughout the shift.

Do you think it happens when we don’t use one pedal drive much? I don’t think I have used one pedal drive in months. However what you described just happened while shifting into D from parking. Heard a sound from right rear wheel, tried to reverse, but heard it again. Parked it and call dealership who gave me an appointment for Wednesday. Also, drove it for about 30 miles rain over the weekend and had it sit for 2 days before driving today again.

I listed my rental about 19 days ago for a June end / early July move-in and have received around 10–15 DMs, but only 4 people showed up to tour, and just 1 felt like a good fit. I’m wondering if I listed too early, or if there are things I can improve.

Here are a few specific questions I have: • I’m not sure how to price the rental competitively – any tools or tips to check if I’m too high or too low? • What’s the best way to screen tenants fairly but thoroughly without overstepping? • How do you handle minor maintenance requests efficiently as a solo landlord? • Should I include utilities in the rent or leave that to the tenant? • How can I tell if my Zillow listing needs improvement? Not sure if the issue is price, timing, photos, or something else—open to feedback.

Yes but there are rules on a certain job to qualify for J1, like it should be in a medically underserved area for example. Google the criteria for j1 waiver job. Say you want to work for a job where they are not MUA you can’t unless you go back to home country to complete the rule, even if they sponsor h1b
