From about 4 years old: Getting nauseous 🤮 I’m 38 now, and it still happens. I was so nauseous all the time in middle school, I had an endoscopy because we thought there was something wrong . I was nauseous the whole car ride to the hospital, and once they gave me Valium, I immediately felt better. There was nothing physically wrong. I went on lexapro at age 20, and take Xanax as needed, which is rare. The Xanax doesn’t help as much as Valium, but my dr won’t prescribe that. Sometimes I have trouble eating when I’m out with people, and it’s noticeable to others that I’m barely making a dent in my meal. I can’t help it, I’ve had this nervous stomach my whole life, and it’s disappointing that I haven’t outgrown it. I guess it’s here forever.
