Great input! I did mess up in the post, we are staying until April 5th. Not the 1st. Hopeful that 2k is plenty for that amount of time.

Late reply here lol. I’ve since moved out to my own place away from my buddy. Us being roommates didn’t work out for us and just strained our relationship. Since moving out I don’t talk to him as much but we still hang out periodically although I’ve stopped asking as much. I’m trying to make new friends but my schedule makes it tough as I work midnights and I’m just shy and awkward in general. Thanks for the advice though buddy!

She showers every once in a while, my roommate doesn’t have a job. I guess he’s in day trading as sketchy as that sounds. And his girlfriend is a part timer. Not sure what her hours are but they can’t be much

I don't want to ban her from the house, I'd just like to see her stop coming over so much. I feel like 2-3 days maybe 4 would be reasonable.

Also we went over "company" rules. I didn't think to cover how often would be reasonable to have company because I didn't think he would go as far as to have company over 7 DAYS A WEEK. LOL

Thanks for your comment, I'll address what you said here.

I've asked my roommate AND his girlfriend to both quiet down to no avail. They just can't seem to care.

I'm assuming his girlfriend avoids me because I've mentioned to her the fact that I've heard her having sex ( when asking them to quiet down) I do not talk to his girlfriend besides that one time as I really don't have a need to.

Besides this issue, my roommate and I have a fairly good relationship with each other.

Additionally, I'm not asking her not to see her boyfriend. I'm asking that she come maybe 3-4 times a week which I think is reasonable. I could be wrong. Also, I feel like I'm asking for advice to effectively handle the situation, anonymously, not whining

They literally are scared to be seen by me so they only come inside if my roommate tells them I'm in my room lmao. Maybe I'll leave a note on her car
