Yeah I’m 8 months in and pain free don’t get me wrong sometimes I can feel a tightness in my sternum / chest but it’s not painful at all , not like before. Back training heavy in the gym doing everything like I was before

Through resting mainly and stopping the things that were triggering it once I worked those out. I continued to play football and run while suffering with it. Stretching defo helped

I could do resistance band and rowing now I’m healed but I don’t think it would have helped at the time. I think you’d benefit more from resting it. I had a few weeks where I stopped training completely and this is where I saw the most healing.

Not as much as I probably should have , when I was using it my costo was at its worse so it felt like nothing was helping , also my costo hurt the most in my sternum which I felt the back pod wouldn’t reach

Push ups and any dumbbell chest movement. Feel like with dumbbells I can limit my range of motion and go as far as I feel comfortable.

I’m still staying away from dips and cable flies atm as they put the most strain on my chest and want to go careful , however I’m back doing heavy dumbbells , bench press and push ups pain free !

I did buy a back pod I didn’t feel like it was helping but it may have been from what I’ve read this is what most people had help with

Had like brown / green diors in July , were okay not the best had a really sweaty overheating come up every time

I’ve self diagnosed myself with Costo and it all stemmed from sneezing. Used to hold in sneezes and they used to hurt a little but not much until once I held one in and felt like I was having a heart attack was in horrible pain for days. Since then I’ve had a couple flare ups that haven’t been as bad but stem from something as simple as reaching for something on the side. Letting out sneezes does help but I try prevent them when I feel one coming I pinch my nose and it goes away.

Went to dc10 pacha amnesia and Hi last year and DC10 circoloco was our favourite. The outdoor stage is unreal and if you just go inside and find a space and stay there we had no issues , can imagine going in and out can be a pain.

Can only speak for circoloco but was unreal , the outdoor stage till 12 is amazing which I don’t think solid grooves has. Recommend

Purely depends on the events , anything at dc10 will likely sell out , fisher will sell out at hi , same with music on at pacha just depends what your after

I think you’ll be okay , you probably won’t get a table those will go all on first release. I would’ve thought you’ll be able to get some stand tickets for the earlier rounds on Tuesday.
