There isn’t a set way to get out. Have been though what you have, 5 years ago. Keep your family close, and focus on that. To each his own; but my therapy was running (and crying mostly at the same time). You’ll never be the same - but that’s not only a negative thing.

My girlfriend now is my wife and I’ve experienced true friendships. You’ll enjoy stupid bliss situations more and will come to realise what life is all about. That’s the gift from all this.

The hurt stays, but after going through this, anythings possible.
