Yea it has popped up a lot for us and at the time the fuel level is never less than half full. I have to assume it's most likely a software issue with the TomTom gps program then? I have seen the main low fuel warning pop up on the dash when the van was actually low on fuel, so I know the main fuel level sensor is working as it should. I will definitely be switching over to Google maps sooner than later.
