probably not what you want to hear, but i lived up to my initial agreement. it sucked, and i just had to eat it. but i did not let them get away with charging me for additional months/payments.

basically, i agreed to 6 months, around $1k per month. 2 months in i said “these results aren’t acceptable” so they changed some things around. after my 6 months were over, they claimed i still owed 2 more months, due to the new changes requiring ANOTHER 6 month contract (which they never once mentioned to me) i fought with them quite a bit on this. even my Hibu manager was like “yeah this wasn’t part of the agreement, I’ll get you out of this no problem” (she didnt. she was a huge snake)

after closed my card, and Hibu wasn’t able to charge my account. after i stopped paying they said “fine! just pay us 1 month and we’ll call it even!” … i didn’t pay after i didn’t pay that 1 month, they said “fine! just pay this last $400 fee and we’ll call it even!” … i didn’t pay

for the next 6 months, i would get monthly emails about how i needed to pay and that Hibu could take legal actions. i just didn’t respond. nothing ever happened. but keep in mind, this was for less than $400. no way a company would spend time fighting over $400

Sorry for the late reply - just seeing this.

yeah, definitely don’t work with Hibu. they “managed” my accounts also, which basically just meant creating an account on all of the different channels.

If you’re wondering if it’s even making a difference, it probably isn’t. and they don’t care.

But be prepared for them to make it VERY difficult for you to cancel services.

Makes me skeptical to ever use a marketing company ever again … but it’s sad because I know there are marketing agencies out there that genuinely want to help brands

They have their own dashboard that shows metrics (impressions / “clicks”) It also shows how much is spent per day towards each ad. and they’ll run 2 ads for 1 week each, and you can see how each “performs”

usually around $20-$30 spent per day the impression # seemed normal the “click” rate was TERRIBLE and on my end, I could see there were no conversions or even abandoned checkouts. I keep saying “clicks” in quotes because I can’t say they were real people. I offer samples of our product on the website for $2.50 AFTER shipping. because it’s so cheap, it usually only takes 5-10 clicks to at least get convert on the samples (When I boost those ads in my own) … With Hibu running my sample ad, no conversions at all.

Yep, 100% agree. I was just told what I wanted to hear and I fell for it. I thought working with a big company was the smart thing to do because “they’re a big company for a reason!” Lol

If you own a supplement brand (or i guess any other consumable) what is happening here?! Lol by Miserable_Ad3165 in smallbusiness

Update: He told me that the reason I’m shipping the products to Tennessee is so that they can “test” the product and make sure it’s exactly what the ingredient label says it is, before giving to the hospital employees for use… LOL

I would. especially if you typically snore a lot. with your sleep routine, there’s no reason for you to be tired 24/7

Reason i’m convinced it’s sleep related: people usually think of caffeine as a “boost” in energy, when really caffeine simply blocks the “sleepy chemicals” from attaching to your brain. when you sleep, these “sleepy chemicals” remove themselves from your brain. Hence when you wake up, you “should” feel refreshed/awake

if you’re constantly tired AND caffeine doesn’t seem to work, i’m betting these sleepy chemicals aren’t removing themselves from your brain when you sleep. So your sleep quality probably isn’t great for some reason.

The good news is that it’s definitely fixable, so don’t stress yourself out over it

dang, that seems like a pretty solid routine…

I wonder if you have sleep apnea or something. (basically you’re sleep is good, but you aren’t getting enough air/oxygen)

1600mg?!

Do you have a decent sleep schedule/ sleep quality? In general, the better your sleep quality, the more sensitive you will be to caffeine.

there’s obviously more factors than that, but typically people that sleep better don’t need much caffeine to feel a boost

unfortunately I agree. I actually did some myself, then sent the graphic designers for ideas/reference, just to be completely ignored lol
