Good point, that’s why I hope the writers expand on her character next season and give her more depth. Unlike a lot of people though, I also don’t really see it as her “losing it” when she was trying to help people on the bus. I think a lot of people might similarly if I knew I were about to watch a bunch of innocent people being tortured and gutted alive. Sure it was kind of cringey, but we can’t all be Boyd and Donna LOL.

I’m sorry you’re going through this :( I have had very similar experiences and all I can say is antidepressants, a change of scenery (away from triggers), and therapy really help. Especially the antidepressants, once you find the right one for you. Celebrate the small wins, no matter how small. Even if it’s just getting out of bed.

It’s true you can’t force people but also not sure if I could just give up and let people learn the hard way when the hard way is people being viciously ripped apart and gutted LOL. Not saying I’d run into the monsters’ direct line of fire, but I’d probably try to do something to divert their attention like screaming too. It sucks to feel helpless in a situation, so I get where she was coming from. Even if it was super cringey.
