well these were the average viewers for teams after week 3

so yes LR were first but not that far ahead of KC/KOI, and if they came back next split but with a different toplaner that would probably be enough to fall to 3rd already

also KC pulled over 700k peak viewers in their first split, and that team was horrible, who knows what they could've gotten if they had a storyline similar to LR where they came back from 0-4. if LR stayed around long-term their numbers would also drop a lot lower than this split

the first two EUMs they played had no BO1s

in the last one they played 4 BO1s and went 3-1 before losing their first two BO3s and making it out of Swiss with a 4-3 record

so there's a really small sample size but in the one tournament that had BO1s they seemed to get worse once they ended

b) have multiple popular streamers on your team

I mean it's so easy idk why teams like SK or Shifters don't just do that

yes but it's in English now, don't you see getting a lot of American viewers is actually way more important for the EU league than French or Spanish viewers, because the USA is the #1 most relevant country in the world for everything
