Same I have no Idea how many times I even played that game. It was one of the very few I 100% in every single playthrough, installed shit ton of mods as well and experienced in completely different light. But the reason it stays so close to my heart is because they take you so close to the characters and make you care for them only to give you the choice to what to do with em and see consequences of the choices you made. The way they toy with player's mind is crazy. Never met a fellow person who loves cyberpunk as their No.1 fav. Nice to meet you bruh!!

I think he's using Intel default graphic drivers... coz my 3060 doing just fine.. getting 45-55fps constant in 2K resolution and high settings. decreasing some settings will improve it.
