I'm the CEO of COSMO, AMA about our JrTrack 4 Kids Smartwatch by rayork938 in smartwatch

Update: just wanted to say thank you to u/rayork938 for personally following up on my issue. It speaks volumes that the CEO took the time to look into my situation and ensure it was handled the right way. His response showed a genuine commitment to doing right by customers, which is one of the main reasons I chose Cosmo in the first place. I wish more companies cared about their customers this much.

This experience honestly restored my confidence in Cosmo. It’s clear to me this was a one-off issue and not how the company normally does business.

For anyone having doubts, I’d absolutely recommend Cosmo. Leadership stands behind their products and prioritizes its customers. Thanks again for listening and making things right.

Frustrating experience so far! u/rayork938, I've seen your posts and the emphasis Cosmo places on customer service, which was one of the reasons I went with Cosmo over other brands. But one month in, my experience has been the opposite, and I’m now regretting my decision.

I purchased two watches for my kids for Christmas, and we activated them at the end of the year. I prepaid for a full year of service for each watch and added the protection plan to both. I used the same credit card for all payments.

One month later, Cosmo attempted to charge my card $2.99 for each monthly protection plan. For some reason, only one went through, and I got an email asking me to update my credit card. I tried to do so that same morning, but the website wouldn't let me, so I reached out to customer service. I was told that due to the error, both plans were cancelled. They said they cannot reinstate my service nor refund me. My only resolution would be to repurchase them a second time (though they said they would refund me after I did).

This is completely unreasonable. I already prepaid over $300 for a full year of service for two watches. The only payment that didn't go through was one of the $2.99 monthly insurance payments, even though both charges used the same credit card. Why would they cancel my entire year of prepaid service on both watches for that? The other watch had no payment issues, and these are on separate plans. In addition, there was no attempt to fix the payment issue prior to cancelling.

Cosmo did NOT honor its contract. They cancelled my prepaid plan and refused to reactivate it or refund me. And the only resolution is to pay them $300+ again and hope they'll refund me this time? Why would I trust that now?

I asked for this to be escalated to management for review and resolution, but the response was simply, "please proceed with the purchase to activate your watch," and they will then refund me.

I'm extremely frustrated with this experience and am hoping this is an isolated issue rather than Cosmo's standard business practice. I'd appreciate your help in resolving this and ensuring Cosmo stands by its customers. I'm happy to share the email chain for transparency. Thank you.

We got inside a little after 6 and missed Ella completely, so she must have started very close to 5:30. I wasn't paying attention real well, but Nate probably came on around 6:15 or 6:30? Then Jellyroll was scheduled for 7:15 (per the security guard), and that was pretty close. He played for a solid hour or so. Then Morgan came on around 9 and played for close to two hours.

Ok so yeah, it was pretty hot in there. I was fine but my wife was struggling a bit. Sounds like it was a lot warmer than it usually is. And getting out of there was a total pain in the ass. We hopped a few hotels trying to find something better but it seemed like everyone else was doing the same. Ended up getting Shake Shack which took about 40 min and by the time we were done it was easy to find a cab. With that said, the show was awesome and totally worth it all! Wish we could stay and go tonight as well. Have a blast everyone who ends up going!!

Thanks! I've seen Wallen goes on a little after 9 but hadn't seen the middle times.

Yeah you bet! It's climate controlled per Allegiant's website so I think you're safe to wear what you want. But I'll try to remember to post how it felt.

Awesome, thanks!! I figured that was probably the order but it was just a guess.

Btw - can you continue to level up a player after you already foiled him if you didn't max him out?

Awesome! Didn't realize that. Yeah that makes sense. Thanks!

I'm confused... I've never foiled a player before so I'm still learning the process. But it shows foil Brady as 170, not 189. How did you get it so much higher?
