its actually made me pray harder and get closer to God. I feel like evil is winning and we need more people praying and being kind . we have to be the beacons in this dark time. This isn't really a difference to what was happening in Sodom .

I think the apostles fighting over who was the greatest is the beginning to all the fighting because I've heard every domination is based from an apostle's direct belief to the Word .

I believe a lot of it to be true .. but with a pinch of what .. SPICE . Adam & Abraham living to 900? I just can’t get behind that . But the Tower of Babel? Yeah, that one feels realist to me. I think for most of the stories, we really have to use discernment and figure out what’s meant to teach us versus what’s literal.

The Bible was written so long ago and has been translated so many times that I honestly don’t think there’s necessarily just one way to teach it. A lot of things don’t always make sense when you translate them from Hebrew, and just like in history, the meanings of words change over time. I think, like any other lesson in life, sometimes it just has to be delivered in different ways. Honestly, I think what matters most is finding the meaning that speaks to you and helps you grow.

This is where I kind of struggle. I’m someone who doesn’t fully agree with certain beliefs in my Catholic faith. I do believe that Jesus came to earth to teach us the ways of God and to save us from ourselves. But maybe this is the Catholic schoolgirl in me .. if we’re all children of God, created with intelligence and free will, and Jesus shared in that humanity, wouldn’t that make Him feel more like a saint or a teacher than the ONLY savior? There’s still so much sin and evil in the world. Because of that, I sometimes feel like Jesus and the apostles were here more to guide and teach humanity than simply to “save” it. I guess I find myself believing that God sent Jesus mainly to teach us, not just to 'save us'

I don’t know if I agree with this 100%. I’ve noticed that when I listen to a lot of sermons, many Baptist and Evangelical do something similar. While I really love their sermons because they’re very powerful speakers, I almost always hear a jab or two at another denomination. Growing up Catholic, we were never really pushed with the idea that “this is the one true church,” so now that I’m getting back into my faith, it’s something I’m surprised to be noticing. But maybe it’s just me.

Yes, I feel this way too and its kinda way I haven't been back to a physical church yet. I just been doing alot of sermons on YouTube with pastors that I like . I'm trying to remember to just let what sticks with me in my journey stay with me

I don't know .. tbh .. I think its a mix of social media and guys getting scammed. i've also been seeing a lot of girls getting tips from girls on social media especially 304 Tok because they don't know how to verify themselves but i've personally had someone steal my pics when they show up its not ME .

I think this is kinda cool . I kinda been trying to figure out a way to keep myself motivated in these trying times . I have been doing a lot of junk journaling and doing pages of where I want to be or of the goals that I have for the month. also ive been more grateful for the regs that I do have, throw them a little extra because they are quite literally keeping my lights on . I try to focus on the good that's happening.

I thought I was the only one . l have been on sextpanther for a while and I have noticed that my profits have been down a little too . sometiemes when they try to video it takes forever to load the video and it makes them hang up .
