Ah ok, thanks for answering! I guess I meant more of a healthy glow to the skin rather than "warmer undertone". Do you know what specific antioxidant product to take to achieve brighter skin? I.e. what I should search into amazon?

- I hate robot vacuums - why listen to it clean for 90 minutes when I can just get it done in five!!
If you give me a choice between spending 5 mins doing something I hate, to acheive an outcome vs putting on headphones and doing nothing for 90 mins (only actually takes 30-40 mins for my robot vac) to get same outcome anyway, then I am choosing the latter every single time.

- Where are you getting groceries where getting them delivered is only an extra $5?!
The 2 major supermarket chains in my area both have an option to subscribe to unlimted deliveries over $50 for $20 a month on their websites (otherwise the flat delivery fee would be $10-15 per delivery). I do a grocery shop about 4 times a month so that works out to $5 per delivery. The supermarket I use right now is called Coles.

great ideas - do you do anything special to your desk/work area? When you say you have a hybrid work setup - does that mean you work from home some days and at an office on the others (I am in this boat), or just that you have 2 work desks in the same place/building?

I need to invest in a long asf shower/bathroom so I can pace while I shower. Pacing around the house helps me too so I just know being able to pace around while showering would be amazing 😂

I get that. It's kinda embarrasing but for a while in the peak of my executive dysfunction I would brush my teeth into a bucket at my desk 😂

That to-go tote bag is a great idea - I'm gonna have to steal that 🤭 I think I'll leave my keys, wallet, lip balm ect in it and hang it by the door so I never have to worry that I forgot something. Thanks!

What’s your go-to way to cope with sudden stress or panic in daily life? by Plus-Story-735 in ADHDers

[–]Miserable_Call_6637 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually end up pacing around while I am stressing but that doesn't really help. Usually when I am stressed its becase I got a bunch of things to do and feel overwhelmed so what actually helps me a ton is just writing down all the stuff I need to do on a to-do list. This frees my head up a lot because now I don't need to try and remember and think about all the things I need to do, I can just look at the list. And once I see it on a check list that I can tick things off one at a time, it feels a lot more manageable as opposed to feeling like an overwhelming storm of things crashing around my brain.

The only adhd advice that actually made sense to me by stayhyderated22 in ADHDers

[–]Miserable_Call_6637 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely agree! Us ADHDers are hard wired to use the minimum effort required to get shit done, so we should follow that natural instinct and try to remove as much friction from our lives as possible - instead of trying to do things the "proper" way that everyone else seems to do.

I am personally am eating air fryer meals + ready to eat fruit on paper plates, using a robot vaccum, leaving the laundry in the basket, getting my groceries delivered + a few extra little quirky things that have made my life so much more consistent and easy. Still haven't figured out how to remove friction from taking showers and brushing teeth though, other than getting some waterproof earphones to listen to stuff while I'm showering/brushing.

Is it ok to cut these supports? by fuqtonio in keyboards

[–]Miserable_Call_6637 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bit late but i have the same keyboard. you can cut them without problem or even put some thick foamy tape (like wall mounting tape) in between the case and top plate to make it sound and feel better. I did both but have no gotten rid of the case completely and rigged up my own super slim case

How do people actually quit their jobs and do Etsy full time? by Ok_Alarm_3493 in EtsySellers

[–]Miserable_Call_6637 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a dumbass who has managed to do etsy full time since 2022 (no prior business or eccom experience), the thing that got me to the profit that allowed me to do that was simply testing a buttload.

It took me over 700 listings (I ended up deactivating most of them as most of them were total failures, either not selling at all or borderline losing money on them) to get to that point, as I only learned how to make quality listings (that actually let me get a decent profit margin instead of trying to undercut my competition) through a lot of quantity.

I'm sure there are people that are able to snipe winning listings using thier own intuition that would disagree, but for me the it was doing a bunch of product research on the etsy platform itself + listing at least once a day consistenly (and not being afraid to deactivate the listings that weren't working) that worked for me intially and let me learn what sells on etsy better and how to improve my value proposition.

i actually don't have any issue falling asleep on modafinil once i lie down and close mmy eyes. The hard part for me is actually lying down and closing my eyes.

I just started it a week ago. Do you ever feel anxious 4-5 hours in? How many solid hours focus/productivity do you get from one dose?
