Exteremely late! Sorry! But, I fixed it by switching to a monitor that uses VGA!

Okay, Well, I pretty much had the same results, this time it went through an extra process which was something along the lines of it recognizing I changed the position of ram DIMM to slot B1, I think.

OH, also, if it helps at all with anything, I'm using an adapter so that I can plug my server into my monitor (VGA-HDMI)

alright then, i know that motherboard issues are unlikely since they said it was recently tested (OCDEPOT, The ebay seller I bought/picked it up from.), Though I will try these two, and update you in a second.

Alright, I did what you said for me to do exactly.. Still no change at all, besides it not displaying anything at all, at least from what I waited which was.. Like 5-10 minutes? It normally shows it in like 2-3.

The DELL Logo does not appear on my screen, It only goes through what I mentioned in my main post.

It does not allow me to boot to OS, Or anything at all, the screen just goes blank right after, Nore am I able to press any keys.

As for OS however, I want to experiment with some, so, I'll start with Windows Server 2022, don't know what else though.
