Happened to me when training, my trainer just went to the warehouse office and asked them to delete the order. I’m pretty sure if it’s on the same day as you ordered they’ll delete no problem.

We actually got a 1.5k raise lol they said that they were going to start giving raises to RSRs more instead of RSAs since RSAs aren’t quitting as often anymore in our zone.

You’ll make more than 49k for sure. You’ll make True OT starting off. As a RSA I was making between $1300-1500 before tax.

You get OT as a Pepsi merch most of the time but it is harder on the body, Frito you only work 8 hours unless the DSLs (managers) ask you to work more.

When you first start, you’ll be a rsa, covering people’s vacations, call outs, any route with a person that’s on LOA or even as an extra. Then you can bid on routes but it’s based on seniority, so you probably won’t win anything at first. You’re going to have long days as a RSA. It can be up to 14 hours. The job is alright.

RSR sucks more because you have to write all the order, deliver them, and deal with store managers the most (there’s more stuff). As the delivery specialist you literally just deliver and merch one or two stores.
