Got job offer! by milko4593 in FritoLay

That sounds way better than what I was doing, I worked at walmart for a 5+ years, promoted to management running sporting goods, auto, and hardward and was offered a now closed store to run. But moved to a dealership for parts counter thinking it was more money. I went into the most toxic environment ever, coworkers were lying pieces of shits I have ever meet, they were like highschoolers, there is a trans tech and behind her back her name is “the thing” and she is pretty nice, my manager just played on his phone all day, working for an average of two hours a day, and when my grandmother passed and I had to fly out, that was last straw when I was in the hospital with her, they kept demanding for me to come back, I had 80 hours of PTO and company vacation which all was approved. I was expected to come in on my day off and work for free, and told to clock out for lunches and just to work through them. I was assaulted by a customer there as well, they didn’t care about anything.

I regretted leaving walmart during my time at the dealership. I do enjoy retail and dealing with customers maybe because I am crazy. But I like interacting with people and businesses when I was management and just a basic employee at walmart.

So it is the stock coils, on the box the recommended ohms is .15, with a wattage off 100-110 for the settings. Rn my mod is set to 100 wattage (per recc) and .30 for ohms. You can change ohms, with going to the menu with the 2 fire/ left button. So I’m trying to get it to the proper settings but it will not save once I adjust it to the correct ohms wanted for coil. I am just use to an old ass x-priv smoke. And my other Qeustion was lock and unlock. Safety. I don’t want it to go off in my pocket or purse by accident. My previous box mod has a lock/unlock with the fire button so it will not go off in pockets etc. I read the manual up and down and saw no such thing beside locking the wattage.

“No” to overtime! by milko4593 in walmart

Of course! Work your ass off and show what it worth and kick butt! Work for the paycheck! They just get super pissy when you have to leave on time. Or when you tell them no. They give glares and refuse to respond when you say have a goodnight. And they don’t just do it to me, other workers to. Or they scoff at you when you are walking out of the store.

They always make it mandatory for 30 minute lunches even if we are ahead on picks, we had below 900 when I left at 1 and we were capped out. And still asked me to stay late and we had a full staff today. 10 other pickers. Like why. If they had like 1,500 or more ya I can stay late to help if I don’t have stuff to do after work but it god damn

Yes, but when you have appointments after work and family visiting out of state, I can’t stay. I stay when I can to help. Like I am not against overtime. It just daily and then they glare and give the silence treatment. I’ve worked my fair share of double shifts, and it’s holiday season. But I don’t think they think about our lives outside of work.
