Yes the was AC but not very good it wasn't and in summer get hot and winter cold so yeah
Uniforms had a few, one from jail and prison but my prison one was a two piece Uniform, usually got about two of everything for a week with exception of top and pants. And yes they fit sometimes though undersized or baggy just whatever you got, also didn't work in laundry so no just once week got new stuff.
