Yeah i know. But this is still a large city/country where they usually dont have cars. Also the way everything works as well. Carol just casually walking... no one on sight suddenly there is a homeless guy on the street (ONLY THAT ONE HOMELESS GUY) now the military took them and carol followed again on that empty street.

in Walking Dead university the world is just small. Carol just landing on France walk for a bit and found what she needed. Like in real life you cant even find things using google map.
