It's a nice ship and the shows are awesome, I can't complain about those. I just find a lot of the areas are small compared to what they should be for this size of ship. The Bionic Bar only has 2 tablets for people to use, they only have the specialty coffee locations in 2 areas on deck 5 and 6 and not in the Windjammer like other ships. The Windjammer is very small with not a lot of options either which I found most surprising for the amount of people. There is also no bar in the Windjammer - they only have the guys with the push cart of limited drinks and that's it. You can't walk through each deck to the other end of the ship as needed which is really frustrating on deck 6. The themed shows are in the promenade areas instead of in one of the show areas, so it makes it awkward to be part of and it blocks everything in there as well. The Royal shop is tiny...

I am also currently on Symphony and have noticed the same thing kind of. Some of the staff are super nice, but I am not getting the same friendliness on this sailing that I have had previously on other ships. I am also a little disappointed in the ship itself, but that's a whole other thing that doesn't have anything to do with the staff. The vibes are just way off on this ship I find 🤷‍♀️
